Document Description
The proposed project consists of the subdivision of four existing legal lots for the construction of 20 single-family residences. The project requires changes in zoning from R-E-40-H to R-E-20-H and from R-E-20 to R-S-9 to allow for the planned number of homes. No change in the General Plan land use designation is required. The project includes the demolition and removal of the existing ranch house and associated structures and landscaping. Site grading will require 30,000 cubic yards of cut and fill, which is to be balanced on the project site. The proposed project also includes the construction of all necessary road and utility connections.
