Consideration of an Ordinance amending the Local Coastal Program to address projects that consist of 100% affordable housing, as defined by California Statutes and the Municipal Code. The ordinance would authorize the Planning Commission to approve such housing projects with one or more design and land use exemptions such as density, height, setbacks, parking, building coverage, and or floor area ratio.
