Tentative Map/Rezone/Site Development Permit (TM/RZ/SDP) to allow for 21.443 acres of a 42.62-acre site (including dedicated roadways) to be subdivided into three legal lots (Lot 1, 5.068-acres, Lot 2, 7.011-acres and Lot 3, 5.881-acres) to support future multi-family residential development.
