The proposed project is an application for a Tentative Parcel Map to subdivide the subject parcel for four residential lots ranging from 5.23 acres to 5.28 acres and one remainder lot of 11.4 acres. Development is not proposed at this time, however, future development will require the construction of water wells and septic systems. Easements for private and future streets A and B on the north and west borders of the project site will be dedicated for public use. Project site takes access from Sierra Highway.
