The subject property consists of 10 parcels containing 320.71 acres, more or less. The parcels are contiguous to the exterior boundaries of the Paskenta Indian Reservation. The Tribe does not plan to change the current use of the property, but instead is strategically acquiring property for purposes of creating a barrier between the Tribe's Reservation and anticipated attempts by commercial developers to develop the sites and other similar property for purposes inconsistent with the Tribe's current and future needs.
