Approval of a Mills Act "Historic Property Preservation Agreement" to preserve the 1928 Dungan House located on the project site; and 3. A Resolution to add the Dungan House, located at 18682 Carter Street in Tuolumne, to the Tuolumne County Register of Cultural Resources.
