Two activities are proposed that involve the upgrade of seasonal road crossings on two Class II watercourses. The activities are located on the Cold Spring USGS 7.5' quadrangle in Mendocino County. The activities are situated in Upper Greenwood Creek CDF Planning Watershed (1113.610003) on unnamed tributaries to Greenwood Creek. The property owner is obtained via a private seasonal road approximately 6 road miles from the junction of Highway 128 and Greenwood Ridge Road.
