The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to allow a collocation wireless facility in the AR-2 zone. The proposal includes the installation of six (6) panel antennas for T-Mobile to be located at the 90+/- foot elevation, on the existing 145+/- foot high PG&E lattice tower. Equipment cabinets will be located under the tower within a 15 x 20 foot lease area.
