The proposed project consists of a Use Permit to allow a collocation wireless communications facility on 1.16+/- acres in the LC zone, consisting of the installation of three (3) wireless Sprint PCS antennas at 45 feet to an existing 65 foot high monopole. In addition, the equipment cabinets will be placed at the base of the monopole.
