Document Description
Stabilize the historic McMillan Garage at Bodie State Historic Park to preserve a cultural resource. Work will:
- Raise the roof
- Remove and replace collapsing north wall, repair remaining walls, and replace sheathing as needed
- Stabilize all four walls with perimeter pressure treated beams at base
- Replace corner support posts
- Replace top plates and wall support posts as needed
- Repair or replace collar ties and rafters as needed
- Remove existing cedar shingles and re-roof building
