The Operator has already started construction on a culvert installation of an unnamed tributary to Wragg Creek at mile marker 2720, on Highway 128, in Napa County. The 120-foot long by 36-inch diameter culvert was installed and has not been completed. The Operator still needs to fill over the culvert, install energy dissipation, and complete the revegetation.
