Document Description
Excavate and install a Grease Interceptor tank to replace a smaller undersized one at the same location. The old tank will be removed and the new larger capacity tank will be installed. A hole approximately 6' wide and 12' long will be excavated using a backhoe. This activity will restore a deteriorated system that is no longer functional and bring it into compliance with public health and safety standards.
