Document Description
This project implements the Downtown Station Area Specific Plan adopted in 2007. The amendments include 2 new zoning districts and combining districts, changes to the Historic Combining District, parking and definitions sections of the Zoning Code, and amendments to the Design Guidelines. Numerous properties will be rezoned consistent with the Plan, and General Plan Amendments will eliminate the maximum density in the Transit Village Mixed Use designation and change the land use designation of several parcels consistent with the Plan.
