Document Description
This project involves a General Plan Amendment, Rezone and Parcel Map Waiver. The General Plan Amendment is requested in order to change the land use designation from Agriculture Exclusive to Agriculture General and a Rezone to change the project area from Unclassified to Agriculture General zoning. The proposed Parcel Map Waiver application has been submitted in order to divide 158 acres into two resulting parcels of 80 acres and 78 acres. The resulting parcel #1 (78 acres), contains an existing residence. The project is located directly adjacent to Modoc County Road 90, Gouger Neck Road, near Lookout. The surrounding uses include agriculture and rural residential.
