Document Description
The project applicant proposes to demolish the existing structures and construct 15 new townhouse condominiums within three two-structures. Two of the proposed units would be sold as below-market-rate units. To construct the proposed project, the applicant applied for the following entitlements: 1) Environmental and Design Review Permit: to demolish the existing structures and construct 15 two-story Carriage House townhouse units with tuck-under garages. 2) Zone Change: to rezone the site from Medium Density Residential (MR2.5) to Medium Density (MR2.0) 3) Tentative Condominium Map: to subdivide the property for construction of the 15-unit condominium buildings.
