Use Permit to allow the replacement of the existing 85' tall light standards at the Hooker Oak baseball field with new light standards, including two new 110' tall standards which will also allow the ground-mounted telecommunications equipment, including air conditioners and backup generators, will be located in a walled 75' x 100' ground lease area, behind the scoreboard and right field fence.
