The Sand Creek Road extension will parallel Sand Creek to the west. Runoff from the proposed development site will enter two new storm water basins to the north of Sand Creek, treated, and hyrdo-modified before being discharged into Sand Creek through a single outfall structure. Fill, excavation, and dredging activities will impact waters of the United States.
