Document Description
The project is limited to the installation of 16-inch diameter stormwater and backwash basin overflow pipe with an outfall into County Stream 602, and placement of riprap on stream bank. The project is a component of the Soquel Creek Water District Well Master Plan that includes construction of a municipal production well, an iron and manganese removal treatment plant, a potable pipeline approximately 1,750 feet in length, and a lateral connection to the existing sanitary sewer main along Soquel Drive; and installation of an emergency station generator, security fencing at O'Neill Ranch site. No trees will be affected by the project. No work will occur below the ordinary high water mark of the stream. The California Department of Fish and Wildlife is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0387-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Taj Dufour, Soquel Creek Water District.
