Document Description
The project is approval of water right Applications 30495 and 30496. Application 30495 would authorize direct diversion and/or rediversion of 2.99 cubic feet per second (cfs), with an annual diversion limit of 25 acre-feet (af) per year, at points of division (POD) 1, 2, and 3, which are located at Reservoirs 1, 2 and 3, together with direct diversion of 1 cfs from Hoodoo Creek at POD 4, for frost protection of 47 acres of vineyard. Application 30496 would authorize diversion to storage of 42.6 af from the same four points of diversion noted in Application 30495. Water would be used for irrigation, frost protection, recreation, and fire protection of the 47 acre proposed place of use.
