Document Description
The Project includes a proposed amendment to the approved East Area 1 Specific Plan, corresponding revisions to the approved Development Agreement and approval of a Master Vesting Tentative Map. The Specific Plan Amendment proposes minor refinements to the land use plan. The number of residential units allowed by the Specific Plan would remain unchanged at 1,500 units and the intensity of commercial, light industrial and civic uses would be reduced.
