East Area 1 Specific Plan Amendment

An amendment to the approved East Area 1 Specific Plan is proposed to reflect refinements to the land use plan. The Development Agreement, approved along with the Specific Plan would also be amended to reflect the changes to the Specific Plan. In addition, approval of a tentative map is being requested at this time. The revised land plan for the Amended Specific Plan is presented in Revised Land Use Plan. The number of residential units allowed by the Specific Plan would remain at 1,500. The intensity of commercial, business park, and institutional uses would be reduced. The structure of the neighborhoods and districts defined in the Specific Plan would be modified.
