Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-VEN-46895-R5, pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Lewis Management Corp., as represented by David Lauletta.
The Project is limited to the construction of a 232-foot long single-span bridge over Santa Paula Creek. Activities include the installation of the bridge, associated abutments, installation of temporary timber falsework within the creek, removal and replacement in-kind of existing rip-rap, grading to create access routes, installation of temporary k-rail low water crossings, and the use of temporary work areas within the creek. No maintenance activities or fuel modification are covered under the agreement. Project activities that could impact the streambed shall not occur during the steelhead migration season (December 1-May 31) or rearing (January 1-May 15) without consultation from CDFW.
