Document Description
General Plan Amendment (GPA) and Fourth Amendment to the East Area 1 Specific Plan (SPA). The SPA increases the number of residential units allowed from 1,500 to 2,050, reduce the amount of commercial uses allowed from 240,000 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. and eliminates 25,000 sq. ft. of business park uses allowed by the Specific Plan. The GPA updates the description of the East Area 1 Specific Plan in the Land Use Element to be consistent with the SPA.
