Document Description
The CDFW has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2016-0223-R5, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Limoneira Lewis Community Builders, LLC. The project proposes to impact 3.53 acres of streambed/lake, including 1.47 acres of permanent impact to ephemeral drainage, 0.24 acres of permanent impact to coast live oak woodland, and 1.82 acres of permanent impact to cottonwood riparian habitat, and mitigate with 21.18 acres cottonwood-willow and coast live oak riparian preservation.
