Document Description
The County Resources and Development Management Department (RDMD) is proposing the establishment of a multi-use Trail that will provide continuous recreational access within Laguna Canyon Wilderness Park (LCWP). In addition to recreational access, the proposed Trail will serve as a fire access road and maintenance and operation road for Southern California Edison (SCE) towers in the vicinity. With the recent realignment of Laguna Canyon Road, the continuity of existing multi-use trails has been affected. The proposed project would serve to restore recreational, fire, and utility access within this portion of LCWP.
