Document Description
The project will result in the demolition of approximately 286,000 square feet of industrial and office use to allow for the development of 686 dwelling units housed in five four- to six-story structures on approximately 15 acres. A transfer of development rights is required from another location within the IBC so that the maximum trip budget established within the IBC is not exceeded.
