Document Description
The proposed Master Plan was created for the Modesto Redevelopment Agency (RDA) and promotes redevelopment in the RDA. Upon adoption, the Master Plan would supercede the 1994 Redevelopment Area Master Plan by providing updated goals and implementation strategies that respond to current and emerging trends in the City of Modesto. The Master Plan is designed to guide redevelopment activities over the next 10 years and beyond.
