The project consists of the development and operation of an elementary school on a 13.2 acre site. The proposed elementary school will have capacity for approximately 725 students and will have an office, classrooms, hardcourt areas, off-street parking and loading areas, playfields and other facilities typically associated with an elementary school. The playfields may be lighted for night use and may be available for public use during non-school hours.
