Document Description
The proposed One Beverly Hills Project is an alteration to the approved 9900 Wilshire Project for which the City of Beverly Hills certified a Final EIR in April 2008. The currently approve project would include 235 residences and 15,826 sf of commercial development. The proposed project would include up to 193 condos and up to a 134 room luxury hotel with ancillary facilities (restaurants, bars, spa/fitness facilities, ballroom, meeting rooms, hotel retail space). The proposed project involves the development of 901,514 sf of floor area, identical to the floor area of the approved project. The max ht of the two main buildings would 161 ft and 185 ft, similar to what was entitled as part of the approved project. The footprint of each of the buildings proposed for the site would minimally change as compared to the approved project.
