Document Description
The proposed project would redevelop the site at 9900 Wilshire Boulevard, which is presently developed with a vacant 240,000 sq. ft. department store (formerly Robinsons-May) and a parking structure. The project would demolish the existing buildings and structures and build 252 condominiums in four buildings, approx. 19,856 sq. ft. of commercial (retail and restaurant) space, a two level, subterranean parking garage with approx. 950 spaces, and a public garden of approx. 0.5 acres. Construction would take approx. two years with project buildout planned for 2010.
