The covers and inlet/outlet pipeline improvements would be built within RMWD's existing reservoir footprints and along Citrus Drive, Citrus Lane and Dos Ninos Road, to the intersection of Wilt Road and Canonita Drive where it will connect to an existing pipeline. Constructions anticipated to begin infall or winter 2006 and would be completed over a 26 month period.
