Document Description
The Villages of Lakeview Specific Plan proposes a master-planned community comprised of approximately 2,800 acres in the Lakeview/Nuevo area of Riverside County. Proposed land uses within the Specific Plan include a wide range of residential products, mixed-uses, retail, schools with joint-use parks, public and private amenities, an array of parks, trails, open space, roads and other infrastructure. Existing infrastructure such as water, sewer, storm drain and roadways will also be expanded as part of the Villages of Lakeview Specific Plan.
