Document Description
The proposed project would develop Miramar Plaza, a mixed-use building that would include a range of uses including residential units, timeshare units, a restaurant with associated bar, office, and commercial uses. The existing Miramar Theater and bowling alley that is currently on the project site would be demolished in order to construct the proposed project.
