Document Description
The proposed project includes an expansion of the existing Picture/Arts office building located at 99 Pasadena Avenue. The proposed project includes the expansion of the existing office building located at 99 Pasadena Avenue by adding an additional 20,650 square feet of office space and 134 additional parking spaces. The proposed project includes a vacation of a portion of Marmion Way and an irregular shaped City owned parcel located between Arroyo Verde Road and Pasadena Avenue, referred to as the "Marmion traffic island." Both of the vacated areas would be used to accommodate the new office building and subterranean parking.
