Improve the intersection of State Route 41 at Road 416 in Madera County, form post miles 23.2 to 23.6. Caltrans would widen State Route 41, adding a refuge lane in the median so northbound traffic from Road 416 could cross the southbound lanes of the State Route 41 and proceed north as traffic allows.
