The City of Santa Clarita is proposing to establish an Enterprise Overlay Zone throughout various parts of the City of Santa Clarita. This zone would not change the existing underlying land use designation of the parcels to be included in this zone. No construction is proposed with the application. The Enterprise Overlay Zone will promote economic revitalization such as new private sector investment and growth.
