Document Description
Caltrans proposes to widen US Route 101 to provide an additional 12-foot northbound lane, one additional 12-foot southbound lane, 10-foot shoulders and a Class I bicycle/pedestrian path from 0.25 mile north of the interchange at State Route 135 to the interchange at State Route 166. The Santa Maria River Bridges, which occupy most of the length of this project, would be widened to accommodate the additional lanes, Class I bicycle path and standard shoulders.
