The Irvine Campus Housing Authority (ICHA) University Hills Area 9-2 Faculty/Staff Housing Project will develop up to 120 two-to three-story for-sale homes for UC Irvine faculty and staff on the 12 acre project site. The design of the homes will be designed and constructed consistent with the quality and character of other recently constructed homes in University Hills. The project will also develop associated roads, utilities, drainage infrastructure, and recreation elements. Vehicle access to the housing development will occur via a new street connecting to California Avenue in the general vicinity of its intersection with Gabrielino Drive.
