CDFW has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2017-0016-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant. The Project includes grading approx. 164.2 acres within the overall Renaissance Specific Plan Area. This includes the diversion of the existing onsite drainage into a new underground drainage system.
