Document Description
The project site is generally bounded on the west by Locust Ave., east by Linden Ave., and approx. 600 linear feet north of Miro Way. Parcels within the project area (0240-251-04-0-000, 0240-251-11-0-000, 0240-251-10-0-000 and a portion of 0240-251-21-0-000) are located within the former Rialto Municipal Airport, which ceased operations in 2014. The former airport area, including the former runway and associated taxiways have been demolished and removed from the area. The project site is within the 2010 Renaissance Specific Plan Area (RSP) and the 2016 Renaissance Specific Plan Amendment (RSPA) area. The project proposes a single building of approx. 614,848 sq. ft. located on 49.94 acres of land within the boundaries of the Renaissance Specific Planning Area 108.
