The proposed project is the annexation of 63.59 acres of largely vacant land, with the exception of two single-family homes, one mobile home, and associated sheds, which are expected to remain on four parcels in the western portion of the annexation territory. The vacant land is proposed for development into single family residential homes as part of the Ramsgate Specific Plan adjacent to the south, and subdivided as proposed in Tentative Tract Map No. 33725.
