Construction of an approximately 173,157-square foot Wal-Mart Supercenter, which would be two stories and approximately 55 feet tall. The existing abandoned Von's, a 76,000-square foot building, would be demolished as part of the Proposed Project. The existing parking area would be demolished and replaced with a new parking area to serve the proposed Wal-Mart Supercenter.
