The Tres Cerritos East Revised Specific Plan Amendment (TCESPA) SPA 06-1 is the second of two planned amendments to the adopted Hemet Valley Country Club Estates (HVCCE) Specific Plan 90-9. This amendment focuses on the eastern portion of the adopted Specific Plan covering 154.7 acres of land that would include the development of 787 units, 7-acres of parks, 2-acres of natural open space, a recreation center, a linear park along a drainage easement, and 38,500 square feet of drainage facilities.
