Document Description
The proposed facility will consist of the placement of a 12" thick soil-cement pad, measuring approximately 120 ft. x 100 ft. Four foot high concrete wall will be installed surrounding the pad. A steel strand structure would then be installed over the pad, which would then be enclosed by a heavy duty vinyl.
