Document Description
The Long-term Wastewater Management Plan provides for upgrading, expanding, operating and maintaining the City of Soledad's wastewater infrastructure consistent with the City's Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Master Plan (Master Plan) adopted by the City Council on September 21, 2005. Environmental review for the Master Plan and implementing Wastewater Management Plan was accomplished through completion and Certification of a Final EIR for the City of Soledad 2004 General Plan & Wastewater Treatment and Disposal Master Plan on September 21, 2005, along with a Statement of Overriding Consideration, purusant to CEQA. This EIR is a Program EIR pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15168. The Long-term Wastewater Management Plan is consistent with and intended to implement the adopted Master Plan and required mitigation measures. (pp. V.1-30 - V.1-31 of EIR). Accordingly, no further environmental review pursuant to CEQA is required.
