Document Description
This project proposes to install two removable bollards on the alley pavement at the Anacapa Street access to El Presidio. The project is aimed at preventing vehicle traffic in the alley while still providing for safe passage of El Presidio visitor pedestrian traffic. The bollards will be locked in place and removable for emergency access.
