Geotechnical investigation entailing approximately 500 soil borings along levee segments on the Sacramento River, Natomas Cross Canal, Pleasant Grove Creek Canal, Natomas East Main Drainage Canal, and a portion of American River north levee in the Natomas Basin area of Sutter and Sacramento Counties. The work will take palce in phases from 2006 through 2011.
