Document Description
An existing headwall located at the most easterly playstructure of the Orinda Community Park connecting a 24" corrugated metal pipe (CMP) storm darin is corroded, deformed, and under capacity, causing waters at the headwall to back up during storm events. Water overtops the headwall flooding the pathway to the Orinda Senior Village residential units, playstructure lot, and playfield.
