Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) entered into a lease agreement for an office located at 500 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, DC in close proximity to the U.S. Capitol Building. Metropolitan completed an assessment of the design and construction of the new office improvements, which concluded that certain equipment and furniture in the existing office were obsolete and would need to be upgraded and/or replaced.
