Currently processing plant operations are limited between 5:00 am and 9:00 pm daily (16 hours total). The applicant is requesting the ability to additionally operate the processing plant between 9:00 pm and 5:00 am to take advantage of off-peak electrical rates, but plant operation would continue to be limited to a total of 16 hours per day. The currently permitted extraction area and rate of extraction would not change. Hours for blasting would remain the same as currently permitted.: 10:00 am to 3:00 pm with 24 hour notice.
